Thank chance that we ended up at the Stadlbauer family's tavern. First they spoiled us with the delicious monastery beer roast with the unique Celina dumplings, then we were (unfortunately) all so full of them that we couldn't enjoy the famous cream puffs anymore. For this we got a musical dessert from the host, absolutely low in calories. He (Roy Black) sang 2 songs from old times for us. We as a 4-generation family from great-grandma to great-grandchildren were really excited. That was really a highlight of our family outing. Thanks to the Stadlbauer family for this special experience and the lovely hospitality. We said yes, we will be back!

By chance we found this unique and special inn today. The house specialty, the monastery roast, was super delicious, especially the Celina dumplings. The personal service of the two nice guests and the rustic ambience was an experience for us. Thank you very much again and will definitely be back!

The hosts are super nice and make sure that your guests want for nothing. The food was delicious. The cream puff, a dream. You have to try it. The singing host is the crown of the cream puff. We would like to come again. 😊

Fully tightened! Quaint restaurant with a famous owner who invented the Windberger cream puff (delicious), history connoisseur and actually Roy Black. It's worth a visit!

I have eaten here quite often and it has always been very good. Sometimes just fetched an ice cream. Service was always very friendly. Important to me: children are welcome here and although they were sometimes a bit loud there was never a problem.
